Withdrawal Policy

If a family wishes to withdraw from class, written notice must be given to the studio by the 25th of the month in order to avoid being billed for upcoming tuition. The Registration fee is non-refundable. By filling out the “Withdrawal Form,” customers may elect to find an alternate class placement, receive credit to their dance account, or stop tuition payments altogether.

For Fall 2024

Withdrawal Requests for fall must be submitted by the 25th of the month, to avoid being billed for the next tuition payment due. Families who withdraw prior to August 25 are eligible to receive their December tuition (paid at the time of registration) as a refund or a credit. Families can withdraw their dancer from class by filling out this form. Please note: The Registration Fee ($40 per family) is non-refundable.

Class Withdrawal: Families can withdraw their dancer from a class by filling out this form. This must be completed by the 25th of the month in order to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle on the first of the month. Please note: The Registration Fee ($40 per family) is non-refundable.

If tuition has been paid in full: The Withdrawal Form must be completed by September 8, 2024 in order to be eligible to receive a full refund for Fall 2024 tuition. Please note: The Registration Fee ($40 per family) is non-refundable.

If an account is past due, a student may not attend class until the account is made current.
