Withdrawal Policy

If a family wishes to withdraw from class, written notice must be given to the studio by the 25th of the month in order to avoid being billed for upcoming tuition. The Registration fee is non-refundable. By filling out the “Withdrawal Form,” customers may elect to find an alternate class placement, receive credit to their dance account, or stop tuition payments altogether. 

For Summer 2024 Camps, families must withdraw by Sunday, June 23 for a full refund of camp tuition paid (less a $30 administration fee). Families can withdraw their dancer from a camp by filling out this form.

For Summer 2024 Classes, families must withdraw by Sunday, July 7 for a full refund of class tuition paid (less a $30 administration fee). Families can withdraw their dancer from a class by filling out this form.

For Spring 2024

Withdrawal Requests for fall must be submitted by the 25th of the month, to avoid being billed for the next tuition payment due. Families can withdraw their dancer from class by filling out this form.

Class Withdrawal: Families must withdraw their dancer from class by the 25th of the month in order to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle on the first of the month.

If tuition has been paid in full: The Withdrawal Form must be completed by February 4, 2024 in order to be eligible to receive a full refund (less a $30 administrative fee) for Spring 2024 tuition.

If an account is past due, a student may not attend class until the account is made current.
