About our Facility
All That Dance is a long-standing member of the Seattle dance community, having been a locally-owned dance school for over 25 years. Our 10,000 sq ft home is located in NE Seattle, just east of the University Village. We have five studio floors, a garage studio space, a coffee bar, community gathering space and state-of-the-art flooring and sound equipment.
We offer rentals to performing artists and teaching artists in need of rehearsal space or private/group lesson space. Additionally, we offer birthday parties for young dancers in the community.
General Rental Availability

Monday: 7 AM-4:30 PM, 9-11 PM
Tuesday: 7 AM-4 PM, 9-11 PM
Wednesday: 7 AM-3:45 PM, No evening availability
Thursday: 7 AM-5:30 PM, 9:15-11 PM
Friday: 7 AM-11 PM
Saturday: 7 AM-8:45 AM, 5:30-11 PM
Sunday: No availability
Rental Rates
1-2 People: $13/hour
3-4 People: $22/hour
5 or more People: $37/hour
Birthday Parties: $225 (2 hours of party, 30 min of set up & clean up, includes dance mini lesson). Max of 13 dancers, additional dancers can be added at $25/dancer.
Note: A refundable deposit is required to confirm any reservation.
Studio Details
All of our studios have a sprung dance floor with a vinyl topping. This flooring can accommodate genres such as Tap, Irish, Flamenco, Modern, Jazz, Lyrical, Ballet, Hip Hop, Ballroom, Pop Styles, and others. Each studio space is equipped with an audio system with device connections. A TV monitor can be made available for the duration of the event by request.
COVID-19 Safety Info
Our HVAC system has been fitted with a REME Halo air scrubbing device and MERV 13 (HEPA) filters to allow brand new air circulation from outside every 15 minutes. Masks are required to enter our building. Our cleaning and admin team will be cleaning and sanitizing all of the high touch areas daily.
