Développé Fund

All That Dance is excited to announce the Développé Fund. In ballet-based dance, a développé is a developing movement, one that continually grows and reaches its full potential. 

As we continue to grow roots in our new location, we have our sights set to develop, grow, and expand our programs. But we cannot do that without your help! The Développé Fund has a goal to increase access to our dance programs so that All That Dance can fully live out its mission of providing dance for everyone. 

 Dance class provides students with a sense of community, exercise, and fun. Dancing builds teamwork and problem solving skills, and helps broaden dancers’ cultural horizons. Dance can also help children develop literacy, spatial awareness, and social emotional skills, which benefit dancers both in class and throughout their life. 

We acknowledge dance also comes with many financial barriers to access. For example, a 60 minute dance class currently costs a family $310 for a 17-week semester at All That Dance. With the Développé Fund, we aim to create a visible, easy-to-use Tuition Assistance program for families who would like to participate in dance classes but have been unable to due to financial constraints. 

A donation to the Développé Fund will directly benefit dancers in need through tuition assistance, which will lessen the financial barrier to access for members of our community.
