Mentees are a vital part of our community at All That Dance.

They are a consistent, positive presence in weekly classes, offering support for teaching staff as they help with classroom management, skill building and social-emotional learning. Mentees will learn more about how to lead and how to positively impact the development of students over time.

Dancers in a Teen Level II or higher class are eligible to apply to become a Mentee. The Mentee application process takes place once a year over the summer and selects mentees for the upcoming September-June dance year.
