Sales

  • How do I order photos?

    • Paper order forms are available at the box office and in the photo room for families to fill out. Payments can be made in person with cash or check or online via card. Order forms must be returned to the front desk (if before dress rehearsal week) or to the photo company at the theater (during dress rehearsal week). Class photos will be available online to view and order after the performance. Individual photos cannot be ordered after dress rehearsal week and will not be available to view before ordering. 

  • How do I order the performance videos?

    • The cost of recital videos is included in the Performance Fee that families paid at the start of the Spring session. Videos are typically available about a month after performances. A link will be emailed out to families when they are ready to view and can be downloaded.

  • How do I purchase tickets?

    • Any remaining tickets will be available to purchase at the box office on the day of the show. Advance tickets must be purchased online. We accept card payments only- no cash or check. The cost of a recital ticket is $15, and the cost of a Company ticket is $20. Livestream tickets are available for sale online through DSP and are $10. Please note that there is a processing fee applied to every ticket purchase. This fee is percentage-based, and the total amount you pay will not change based on how many transactions you complete.

  • Do you have tights for purchase?

    • Yes, we have a limited selection of tights for sale at the theater. We accept card payments only- no cash or check. A sales tax will apply to all tights purchases.

  • Do you have flowers for purchase?

    • Yes, we will have single stems and bouquets available for purchase at the theater on show days. We accept card payments only- no cash or check. A sales tax will apply to all flower purchases.

  • Do you have merchandise for purchase?

    • Yes, we will have new All That Dance merchandise available for purchase at the theater. We accept card payments only- no cash or check. A sales tax will apply to all merch purchases.

  • Do you have refreshments for purchase?

    • There are no refreshments for sale. Food and drink are not allowed inside of the theater.

    • Refreshments will be handed out to the dancers at the end of their performance.

Rehearsal Specifics

  • When is the call time for dress rehearsal?

    • Call time is 20 minutes before the scheduled start time. We will have staff at the theater starting at 3:30pm each weekday.

  • Does my dancer have to stay for the full dress rehearsal?

    • Dancers will be dismissed from the theater once their class has rehearsed on stage and taken their class picture. Dancers have the option to take individual pictures after they are dismissed.

  • Where do I pick my dancer up after their dress rehearsal?

    • Dancers will return backstage after their dress rehearsal to take a class photo. Families will pick up their dancer backstage at the door to the photo room.

  • Can I watch my dancer’s dress rehearsal?

    • Family and friends are welcome to sit in the audience during their dancer’s dress rehearsal. Photos and videos can be taken during dress rehearsal but are not allowed during performances.

  • I need help doing my dancer’s hair. 

    • We have staff and volunteers available backstage who can assist with hair and costume needs. Hair supplies, such as hair ties, bobby pins, hair nets, hairspray, and hair gel, can be found backstage.

  • How do I get my dancer’s costume accessory?

    • Teachers will hand out accessories when they take roll backstage. Dancers will wear their accessories for dress rehearsal and photos but must return them before leaving the theater.

Performance Specifics

  • When is the call time for my dancer’s performance?

    • Call time is 20 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you arrive early on performance day, dancers will be allowed backstage approximately 30 minutes prior to their show. Staff will be available throughout both show days to assist.

  • How long is the show?

    • We expect the show to run for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

  • Does my dancer have to stay for the full performance?

    • Dancers are required to stay backstage for the duration of the show. Families must request approval from our Performance Coordinator in advance in order for their dancer to leave early from the performance.

  • I need help doing my dancer’s hair. 

    • We have staff and volunteers available backstage who can assist with hair and costume needs. Hair supplies, such as hair ties, bobby pins, hair nets, hairspray, and hair gel, can be found backstage.

  • How do I get my dancer’s costume accessory?

    • Teachers will hand out accessories when they take roll backstage. Accessories can be taken home after your dancer’s final performance.

  • Do I have to leave the theater if I have tickets for the next show?

    • Yes, all audience members must exit the theater between shows to allow our ushers to clean the rows of seats and so we can get an accurate headcount for each performance. If you have tickets to the next show, you are welcome to leave your jacket on your chair to hold your seat.

  • Can I reserve a seat in advance?

    • All shows are general seating, and audience members will enter the theater in the order that they arrived. A line will form in the lobby while we wait for the theater to clear out after the previous show. If you have any concerns about seating (ie. need a handicap seat or are concerned about masking), please email the Performance Coordinator at performance@all-that-dance.com and we will try to accommodate your request.

  • Where do I get a show program?

    • Programs will be offered by an usher when you are entering the theater. A QR code will also be posted in the theater lobby to view a digital copy of the program. Families are welcome to keep a copy of the program as a keepsake or return their program when exiting the theater to be reused.

  • Where do I pick my dancer up after their performance?

    • Dancers will remain backstage after their performance to be picked up. To limit foot traffic, we kindly ask that only one adult go backstage to pick up their dancer after the show. Additional family and friends are encouraged to greet their dancer at the exterior backstage door.

  • How do I view the Livestream of the performance?

    • The link to the Livestream and the meeting passcode are both listed on the Livestream ticket. If you are unable to locate your ticket, please reach out to info@all-that-dance.com for assistance.
