Hey Teens! Have a question, concern, or comment you want to share with ATD staff?
As part of the Diversity and Inclusion program, it’s our goal for teens to feel heard and supported at the ATD. We’ve created this Teen Comment Form as a way for teens to share questions, concerns, or comments with the staff.
This form is an anonymous way to voice a concern or share a comment if you don’t feel comfortable talking to a teacher or staff member in person. All comments are shared with Maygan.
This form is meant to be another way to communicate with adults in charge, and you are welcome to leave a comment anonymously. Please know that if you do not leave your name though, we will not be able to follow up with you directly. All comments will be taken seriously.
