Withdrawal Policy

If a family wishes to withdraw from class, notice via our Withdrawal Form must be given to the studio by the 25th of the month in order to avoid being billed for upcoming tuition. The Registration fee is non-refundable. When filling out the Withdrawal Form, customers may elect to find an alternate class placement, receive credit to their dance account, or stop tuition payments altogether.

For all classes:

  • Please complete the Withdrawal Form by the 25th of of the prior month to be removed from future tuition charges. Ex: a withdrawal request must be submitted by March 25th to be withdrawn from April classes. 

  • Summer semester classes are eligible for a refund or credit if withdrawal is submitted by June 25th. 

For Summer Camps/Workshops/Intensives:

Families are asked to submit their withdrawal request via the Withdrawal Form following the date guidelines listed below:

  • Families are eligible for a full refund or credit (less the registration fee) if the withdrawal is submitted 4 weeks prior to the start date.

  • Families are eligible for a 50% credit (less the registration fee)  if the withdrawal is submitted 2 to 4 weeks prior to the start date.

  • Within 14 days of the camp start date, please reach out for alternate camp options. No refund or credit will be given.
